The Chakra System
Chakras are energy vortices within the subtle anatomy which moves lifeforce energy into and around the physical body. Lifeforce energy is also known as Chi, Qi or Ki.
Each chakra has a frequency that can be seen in the visible spectrum.
We have seven major chakras that are energetically connected to our physical body.
