Hey, I am Joy Buckley.
I am married to my high school sweetie and we have 3 gorgeous kitties, they are my furry, purry children. I have lived in Norfolk in England for most of my life until we moved to Toronto, Canada in the beginning of 2006.
I have always been creative and had a loving and inner knowledge of crystals for as long as I can remember. I have always been drawn to the beauty of crystals and have unwittingly and intuitively used them for their calming, peaceful, healing energy on myself, friends, family and animal companions.
Since I was a child I always believed that I would be in the healing profession either as a nurse or a vetenarian. It did not work out as I expected until in 2004 I started on my spiritual journey. I was guided to take an intense crystal healing course. This satisfied that part of me that was connected to our crystal companions and gave me the opportunity to start helping people if not in a healing sense, but in a wellbeing way. Later, I was drawn to take some holistic and spiritual evening classes which I incorporated into a more spiritual and holistic lifestyle. Then in 2007 I was guided to take a Reiki class and attunement for Humans and Animals. This satisfied the part of me that wanted to help and heal animals. I am now a Reiki Master and Teacher in the Usui method. I use both the beautiful Earth energy of crystals with the sparkling Universal energy of Reiki in all aspects of my life.
I now feel that I should use my creativeness to share my love and therapeutic energy of Crystals and Reiki with everyone and their animal companions. So, I came up with Crystal Solace, a peaceful, calming place in all of us that likes crystals and jewelry!
Now I continue on my spiritual journey on a quest to learn, experience, grow and help people, animals and the planet. I hope I can share my passion of crystals and Reiki with everyone and their animal family members, help you all to learn, experience and grow too on your own journey. So, I came up with Crystal Solice, a peaceful, calming place for all of us that likes crystals, minerals and all things sparkley.
